Academics

WCA’s curriculum is classically inspired and teaches for mastery through the foundation of knowledge and facts (grammar stage) in elementary classes; the emphasis on reason, relationships, and principles (logic stage) in middle school classes; and finally, the dedication to effective and persuasive writing and speaking (rhetoric stage) in 8th grade. 

In all areas, the focus is on teaching and modeling through a biblical worldview. The core subjects are Bible, math, science, language arts, history, and the languages of Spanish and Latin. We also have Specials courses for art, music/band/orchestra, computers, study skills, physical education, and library.
